This bespoke solution is designed for organisations who want to continuously improve on their HSW outcomes.  Why only test fire drills and emergency evacuations when you could be testing your organisations true capacity to deal with a first aid emergency?

For this solution, we work with your HSW or management team to devise one or more scenarios to test your teams response.  It is not a 'thrash' session built of overcomplicated, difficult tasks, but built to the students level with the aim of reinforcing the mantra that accidents can happen anywhere at any time. 

Using our movie-grade wearable wounds, we can create realistic scenarios in your workplace which your team will need to respond to.  

We will provide an immediate 'hot wash' after the scenario, to talk your team through what they did well, how they felt throughout the response and what they could perhaps work on. We will then provide a 'cold wash' report to the management team about suggestions to improve (if required). The follow up report may include tool-box talk suggestions, resources that can be provided to the team, kit or equipment recommendations or a variety of elements that are brought up by the result of the scenario.

This is not an introduction to first aid. To be able to evaluate your teams response, they must hold a first aid certificate.
