Our Comprehensive First Aid course truly is the most thorough Basic Life Support course in New Zealand. We aren't trying to turn you in to a Paramedic, but give you the tools to buy someone the time until help arrives.
Our Comprehensive First Aid course covers all the 'usual' topics but goes deeper into bleeding management with our full Stop the Bleed© course - because we know what saves lives.
Bleeding management is often overlooked in training as something that needs to be treated by a paramedic or first responder - the reality is, if someone has a life threatening bleed, they have only minutes where action could save their life.
Our courses are highly interactive and practical with state of the art training aids combined with engaging theoretical knowledge through videos, stories, presentations and anecdotes.
We don't use jargon, our teaching style is simple, yet effective. Our PracMed NZ trainers are charismatic, and highly vetted for their real-world experience and understanding of first aid. Our aim is for that they could act in a first aid event.
